Yes. Lorela introduces herself as a virtual assistant and never pretends to be a person. Most callers simply leave their message the way they would with a receptionist.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You keep your number, your phone and your carrier. Only the calls you don't answer are forwarded to Lorela.
Which carriers does it work with?
Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile, using their standard call forwarding. Google Fi can't forward unanswered calls, so Lorela doesn't work with Google Fi yet.
What happens after the free week?
It's $19 a month. Cancel within the first 7 days and you won't be charged.
What if I go over 60 minutes?
Lorela keeps answering. Past the monthly limit she takes just the caller's name and a short message.
Can Lorela book jobs or quote prices?
No. She takes the message and you call back. She never promises anything on your behalf.
Does Lorela speak Spanish?
Not yet. Lorela speaks English for now.
How do I turn it off?
Dial one code: *73 on Verizon, ##61# on T-Mobile and AT&T. Your calls go back to your voicemail right away.
